Almost a full decade ago, a trio of friends and colleagues who had produced a now cult-classic British television show Spaced decided to make a zombie movie together. A few years later, they followed it up with a a police drama in the same vein. And now, nine years later, they have completed what is now called the Three Flavors Cornetto Trilogy with an alien invasion flick. The three friends are Director/writer Edgar Wright, co-writer and co-star Simon Pegg, and co-star Nick Frost, and the three films are Sean of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World’s End, and they are three of the most entertaining films created in the last decade.
